The gap
Eat less, and you take in less of everything.
On a GLP-1, meals get smaller. That's rather the point. But a smaller plate carries fewer vitamins, minerals and electrolytes too, and a quieter appetite won't tell you.
So we made one daily scoop: the nutrients you miss when you eat less, with every dose on the label.

From our testers
The routine, in their words.
-

It's the one part of my morning I don't have to think about. Scoop, stir, drink, and I'm out the door.
Sarah M.
-

I was braced for something chalky. It's a light orange, it mixes in without lumps, and I actually finish the glass.
David R.
-

One pouch in the cupboard instead of a shelf of tubs. It sits with the tea and the oats, and nobody asks what it is.

Questions
Fair questions.
Anything we haven't covered? Email hello@thequietmillions.com and we'll get back to you.
Is it right for me?
Can I take it alongside my GLP-1 medication?
The Quiet Millions was designed specifically for people on GLP-1 medications. It's a food supplement, not a medication, and it isn't designed to change how your medication works. It sits alongside it, covering the everyday nutrition a smaller appetite makes harder to get. As with any new supplement, check with your prescriber or pharmacist before you start.
Does it work with Wegovy, Mounjaro or Ozempic?
It's made for adults on any GLP-1 medication, including Wegovy, Mounjaro and Ozempic. It isn't designed to affect how they work. It's there for the part they don't cover: getting enough of the basics when you're eating less. Your prescriber is the best person to confirm it suits you.
Do I need it if I already eat well?
Eating well and eating enough aren't the same thing. On a GLP-1, even a good plate is a smaller one, and a smaller plate carries less of everything on it. A quieter appetite won't tell you what's missing. One scoop a day takes the guesswork out, however good your meals are.
Who shouldn't take it?
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, speak to your doctor before taking it. Food supplements aren't a substitute for a balanced diet, and you shouldn't take more than one scoop a day.
What's in it
Can I mix it into my protein shake?
Yes. It mixes into water or your favourite drink, protein shakes included. We left protein out on purpose: it would make the scoop bigger and the taste heavier. Instead, one small scoop is all about everything else a lighter plate carries less of: vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, creatine and fibre.
Why 26 actives? How did you choose the doses?
A smaller appetite doesn't cut back on just one thing, so one ingredient was never going to be enough. The 26 actives are grouped into six systems, each built around something a lighter plate tends to come up short on. Every dose is listed on the label and in the six systems section above, so you can see exactly what you're getting.
Using it
What does it taste like?
Fresh orange with a hint of ginger, sweetened with stevia. It's light enough to drink when you're not in the mood for much, which is rather the point.
When should I take it?
Once a day, whenever suits you, with or without food. Most people tie it to something they already do, like the morning coffee or the evening wind-down, so it becomes a habit rather than a job.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. There's no caffeine in it, so you can take it at any time of day without it affecting your sleep.
Ordering and changing your mind
How do I pause, skip or cancel?
From your account, any time before your next order is processed. We'll send you a reminder before each order goes out, so there are no surprises. You can also email us at hello@thequietmillions.com and our wonderful customer service team will update your account for you. No phone calls, no forms, no lock-in.
What's the difference between the 30 day and 90 day plans?
The 30 day plan sends one pouch a month for £49.99, saving 21%. The 90 day plan sends three pouches in one parcel for £129.99, which works out at £43.33 a month and saves 31%. Both come with free UK delivery, and you can pause, skip or cancel either at any time.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day and usually arrive the next working day. We'll email you a tracking number so you can see exactly where your order is. Subscription orders always ship free.
What if it isn't for me?
Then you get your money back. We offer a 90 day money back guarantee, which is long enough to give it a proper go. If you have any questions, email us at hello@thequietmillions.com. How the guarantee works.
