How do I ask for a refund?
Email hello@thequietmillions.com with your order number, within 90 days of the date you ordered. A real person will get back to you within 24 hours.
Do I have to send the pouch back?
No. Keep it, or pass it on. We'll refund you without it coming back.
How long does the refund take?
We'll send it back to the card you paid with within 10 working days of your email, though your bank can take a little longer to show it.
Does this affect my legal rights?
No. The guarantee is on top of your legal rights. It doesn't replace or limit them.
