The formula
26 actives. Each one at a dose that counts.
Everything in GLP-1 Daily Nutrition Pro, with every dose on show. The nutrients you miss when you eat less, in one daily scoop.
From £43.33 a month.
The gap
A lighter plate carries less of everything.
On a GLP-1, meals tend to get smaller. That's rather the point. But food is where most of your vitamins, minerals and electrolytes come from, so when there's less food on the plate, there's less of those too.
A smaller appetite doesn't send a reminder about any of this. So we put the nutrients that come with a fuller plate into one scoop, and took the effort of working out a stack of separate tubs off your hands.
It isn't a meal replacement, and it isn't a medication. It's a once a day companion to the way you eat now, with every dose printed on the label and on this page.

Potassium and magnesium each come in two forms, and we count each form as an active. NRV: nutrient reference value, the daily amount used on UK supplement labels. It replaced the old RDA. Some ingredients, such as creatine and fibre, don't have one. RE: retinol equivalents.

The thinking
Why it's made the way it is.
Made for life on a GLP-1.
We started with one question: what comes with a fuller plate that's easy to miss when you're eating less? The answer became six systems and 26 actives, all in one scoop, so you don't need a shelf of separate tubs.
The full daily amount of every vitamin.
Every vitamin in the scoop is at 100% of its NRV or more. That's vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, biotin, folate, and vitamins C, D3 and E.
A full 3g of creatine. Not a token amount.
Creatine is one of the most studied supplements there is, and 3g a day is the amount that research points to. It's easy to add a pinch just to get it on the label. Every scoop of ours has the full 3g.
Why some minerals sit below 100%.
Potassium is at 20% of the NRV and magnesium at 26%. In large doses, both can upset the stomach, so we've kept them at a gentler level. You still get both from the food you eat.
Forms chosen to be easy to take.
Most nutrients come in more than one form. Where there was a choice, we went for the forms that are gentler on the stomach, mix well, or are closest to what's found in food.
- Magnesium bisglycinate and malate. Magnesium bound to glycine and malic acid, forms known for being gentle on the stomach.
- Zinc bisglycinate. Zinc bound to glycine, which is easier on the stomach than common forms such as zinc sulphate.
- Calcium ascorbate. A buffered form of vitamin C, less acidic than plain ascorbic acid.
- Nicotinamide. The form of vitamin B3 that doesn't cause the skin flushing nicotinic acid can.
- Natural vitamin E. d alpha tocopherol, the natural form, which the body uses more readily than the synthetic version.
- Vegan vitamin D3. The same form of vitamin D your skin makes from sunlight, from a plant based source.
- Methylcobalamin. A form of vitamin B12 that occurs naturally in the body.
- L selenomethionine. The main form of selenium found in food.
- Micronised creatine. Finer particles, so it stirs into a drink more easily.
- Sunfibre®. A soluble fibre that dissolves fully without thickening your drink.
- Ginger extract, 25% gingerols. Standardised, so every scoop has the same amount of gingerols.
Sweetened with stevia.
No artificial sweeteners. It's sweetened with stevia and flavoured with natural orange.
The small print, made big
What's not in it, and how it's made.
How it's made. Made in the UK.
How it's tested. Tested for heavy metals.
Once a day
One scoop, once a day, any time.
- Step 1
Add one scoop.
One scoop (8.5g) into 300 to 500ml of water, or your favourite drink.
- Step 2
Stir it in.
A quick stir does it. No shaker needed.
- Step 3
Any time of day.
With a meal or without one. Whatever fits your day.
Alongside your medication
It sits alongside your medication, not instead of it, and it doesn't change how your medication works. Keep taking your medication exactly as prescribed.
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, check with your doctor or prescriber before taking it.
Good to know
This product is a food supplement, not a GLP-1 medication.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
Questions
Questions about the formula.
Why these ingredients?
Because it's made for people on a GLP-1. When you eat less, you take in less of everything food provides. So we built one scoop around six systems: gut, muscle, hydration, energy, clarity and defence, with every dose listed above.
Why a powder?
Because it's simple. One scoop stirs into water or your favourite drink, no shaker needed, and you can have it at any time of day. It's also the easiest way to fit 3g of creatine, fibre and electrolytes into one daily serving.
Do I need to take it with food?
No. Take it at any time of day, with or without a meal.
Can I take it with my other supplements?
Check the labels of anything else you take, so you aren't doubling up on the same vitamins and minerals. If you're not sure, ask your pharmacist. And if you take a separate multivitamin, creatine or electrolyte product, you may find this scoop already covers it.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. It's suitable for vegans, including the vitamin D3, which comes from a vegan source.
Why two forms of magnesium and potassium?
